STRENGTHENING PRODUCTIVE AND ASSOCIATION CAPABILITIES OF 100 SMALLHOLDER SPECIALTY COFFEE PRODUCERS

This project's objective is to provide 100 small specialty coffee producers and their families in Northern Nariño in Colombia with improved organizational, business and management skills, a better market integration and effective advocacy for local coffee-market government policies, improved trading and business conditions, better access to coffee market information, and improved negotiation skills for green coffee marketing.

KACHALÚ COFFEE: EDUCATION FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE & ICT IN THE SANTANDER RURAL SCHOOL

This project seeks to educate a new generation of coffee entrepreneurs at Las Delicias School in Santander, Colombia. By providing Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and education on sustainable coffee production according to the students' context and needs, children in coffee growing families at Puente Nacional are encouraged to remain in the rural areas to build a future with their families.

A NEW GENERATION OF COFFEE ENTREPRENEURS

In several regions in Santander, Colombia, the project aims to provide better better perspectives for the young coffee growers community. 150 young coffee growers will become regional and national models of rural entrepreneurship. 150 coffee plantations will stand out for their profitability and sustainability and will be known as 'model coffee farms'.
