The overall objective of this project is to improve the quality of life of 150 students in El Pinal, Copan, Honduras. This through education, adding new nutritional components to the school lunch menu, improving the conditions of the kitchen area and tools of the school lunch, implementing a sustainable school garden as well as educational and corrective actions in hygienic habits, de-parasitizing and the provision of vitamin supplements.
PROMOTION OF AND EDUCATION FOR HEALTHY SCHOOL CHILDREN

The overall objective of this project is to improve the quality of life of 50 coffee producing families in Honduras through the development of local capacities for healthy homes and healthy families. Through a ‘Healthy Family Plan’ and training, knowledge and skills are developed for a healthier behavior and self-health family care.

This project aims at certifying both smallholder coffee growers supplying Inaginsa and the dry mill process in the Inaginsa’s San Marcos mill.
UTZ CERTIFIED RE-CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (SECOND AND THIRD)
This project aims at verifying the compliance of farmers to the UTZ Certified Code of Conduct and following-up on the farm and Inaginsa re-certification processes.
TRAINING FOR SUSTAINABLE COFFEE CULTIVATION
This project's objectives are to increase the living standards for rural families in Copán, Lempira and Ocotepeque, provide greater social support for coffee growers, farmers and small entrepreneurs as well as reforest the surrounding areas.
IMPLEMENTING CLIMATE-FRIENDLY COFFEE FARMING IN CENTRAL AMERICA
This project's objective is to expand the climate-friendly initiative in major coffee producing countries in Central America by piloting implementation of adaptation and mitigation practices in model farms and groups.
