Finca El Cedro: Pink Bourbon is grown by Servio Tulio at 1900 meters above the sea level. Once the beans have been harvested by hand, they are dried on raised beds in direct sunlight for 16 to 21 days, thus giving the coffee both delicate tea notes and citrus-like aromas.
