Fazenda Dutra Yellow Catuaí is grown by the Dutra brothers, Walter and Ednilson, in the Sao Joao do Manhuaçu municipality in the Matas de Minas region in Brazil. After being handpicked and processed on the same day, the cherries are then sun-dried on raised beds. This process results in a coffee with a dark chocolaty body and sweet hazelnut aroma. Fazenda Dutra Yellow Catuai is organic certified.
